Despite any COVID excuse, Lufthansa and SAS would not expand lounge access hours unless respective airlines departing at late-night are willing to pay for the entire cost of the lounge. As those airlines are both competitors of TK ( despite them being in the same alliance ) they own/operate the only two lounges in Terminal B3 so TK relies on them.
