A little late to the party, but the lab in T3 gives you your results online in 4 hours.

Takes about 15 minutes to wait in line for the swab. Staff speak english if you don't fala portugues.

I paid R$315......about $73 CAD yesterday. The lab is landslide beside Burger King on the second floor as an FYI for everyone. Very efficient.
