The only dedicated coaching area is A4/A10. T5B is sometimes used when A10 is full, for US coaching flights which require the search equipment for Selectees or sometimes a late aircraft change and most passengers are already in B - in which case you board through a normal gate not in use, down the stairs in the node and onto a bus.
There is. It's not open to passenger traffic, but it's next to the Engineering stores if memory doesn't deceive me. Near stand 534 I think. Not through the node, not past the jetty. Used it plenty of times when I had my airside pass (and I was doing ramp inspections). It had the basic furnishings of a "normal" gate, with the black seats and a podium but no hardware connected to it.
