Regular renewal by mail - 4 week processing time

OCT 25 - Mailed application with Priority Mail to Irving
OCT 27 - Delivered
OCT 29 - Check paid
NOV 24 - Passport tendered to USPS via Priority Mail from Tucson
NOV 29 - Received new passport (old design despite from Tucson), new passport card, and old passport in three separate mailings all on same day.
