Last week I concluded the journey, LHR-DFW-MCO then MIA-LHR. Flights were booked on BA in first and the outbound flights were on AA and the return on BA.
So far my exec account has only been credited with 290 TP’s in respect of first leg. The system won’t allow me to make a claim for the missing flights, either by using my ticket number for the BA searching or the other airlines section (AA).
How long should I give this before attempting to call the Silver line?
