The buffet area has fresh veg and fruit, along with other appropriate nibbles. Last time I was there, they had a roast meat that would be a good choice.
For the dining room, ordering the burger and only eating the patty and veg toppings, etc.
Though IOT above gives good advice, I would certainly let staff know of needs and see what type of reaction you get. Might get lucky with someone being familiar with dishes enough to make informed recommendations.
