Went to their sales studio today. Very nice building but overpriced for what it is. A lot of interesting stuff, particularly the seaplanes to NY & Nantucket/Martha’s Vineyard. However, I can’t justify paying this price when there are superior buildings in superior locations for cheaper prices (ie Millennium Tower). Sales agent was very aggressive.
