I may have missed it if already posted but I couldn't find this - got it today - not "targeted" although the fact that I made a prior purchase from them is evident in the text - but I'm sure it's open to everyone and seems like a very good deal:

I did note that gift certificates are not eligible (at least at Nordstrom) but still a good deal. By my calculation, you could earn 3000 miles at them for your $100 purchase (2500 + 500 for the actual dollars spent - I know, very sophisticated calculation I just made). I think it is good until 12/31 and requires login. Check T&C's for each merchant as well.
