If you believe that then you logic fails entirely.
First, with Hyatt any stays which include days
after the promotional period do not count even if a majority of days are within the promotional period.
Meaning that specific stay would get 0 credit for the Q4 promo Onward and Upward.
Hyatt also never does fractional credit, meaning of a 20 night stay 5 nights counting is never an option.
It’s either - all included because you stayed within the promotional period even though some days are
prior to the start date they would all be included.
Or
None are included.
Based on past promos I would say all would likely be included.
