Booked an international itinerary with an AS positioning flight in E, using AA miles. I'm a Gold 75k on AS. Have the following questions:

1) Since this was AA's ticket, will I be able to SDC to a flight with a different time and/or co-terminal 24 hour prior?
2) If SDC is allowed, would the rebooking be confirmed in First class cabin too since the original flight was booked in E? or it would just be a Main cabin change and be put on upgrade list?
