I stopped by the enrollment center near LAX and they did update the document info right away when TTP wouldn't allow it online. They also did state that you can go to the "Global Entry enrollment on arrival" line on an international arrival if you need a document updated to use the kiosks, they may manually process you for entry but then the document is updated that way too for future use.
