I got an email yesterday asking me to invest into the new Five (or V?) at JBR and I saw a rendering of the finished building. In a nutshell, there will be a nice tall tower directly next to the RC and they will build up an artificial island just next to the RC beach - I guess a bar/ restaurant or so.

Knowing the V on the Palm I am wondering what kind of crowd will come soon next to the RC and I guess we need to get used to a lots of party music until 1am if staying there? I always enjoyed that the RC was at least an oasis of tranquility - some might might say boring for DXB standards - but that might soon change?
