This, I have noticed, is becoming more common.

Had a points booking at the PHS. Shifted it by a few days, then noticed the hotel pulled award bookings for weeks at a time now. There are definitely base rooms because they never sell Park Kings for cash, so they just pulled inventory. They also removed points and cash.

I have also noticed hotels only loading full points reservations and no cash and points, club or suite upgrade with points or points and cash. HR Churchill has done this for all future dates. I thought they may not have loaded 2022 rates yet, but they did this for Nov and Dec 2021.

They're playing games with award inventory which makes redemptions with points much, much harder.
