I've had the Aeroplan Reserve Card for a couple of years, but with a handful of upcoming YYZ-YVR flights coming up in the next few months, I decided it was worthwhile to get the TD Aeroplan Infinite Visa for the year to accumulate some bonus Aeroplan miles while the first year's fee is waived.

I was able to access the 45,000 points promo by initiating a dummy booking, but forgot to save a screenshot. Thankfully, I was pleased to see that the 10,000 miles welcome bonus and 35,000 mile bonus have already been posted to my account, within a couple of days of the first statement period closing. I believe I should end up with another 15,000 miles for making spending at least $1000 on an Air Canada during the Black Friday promo being run by TD (plus my share of the Black Friday Aeroplan miles pool).

Now that I've hit those thresholds, though, I'll go back to using my Amex - but will keep using the TD card for Visa purchases and groceries for the next year.
