I did this run 04Nov.. and although I agree IB domestic is appalling the international back to the UK was much better although not as good as CE.

On the domestic runs they also run IIRC Super 80's or MD80's something like that.. and the seats on that were better then the 757, but still an economy product. I also thought the chorizo sandwich was pretty good.. had mine on the way back and the chesse thang on the way down which I passed on. Lesson there is if you want anything resembling food dont fly around midday.

The BCN-LHR leg was ok... confusing menu which lists two or three options, but it all turns up as small samples on one plate. Nice touch was the little peg to clip you napkin on, but the lack of a proper movable headrest was a big disappointment.

In fact having just had to do an emergency run back from Berlin last night on Easyjet I can actually say Easyjet are better than IB domestic.. and I never thought I'd be saying that if only I never thought I'd end up on EZY.

summary - avoid IB domestic and made me realise one can get take good service for granted. BA could still do better though.
