The Dollar and Euro cards are separate accounts, not add-ons to a Sterling account. If you would use the Dollar card to pay for airline tickets and other travel expenses it might be worth applying for an IDC Platinum card ($550/year) for the travel insurance, but otherwise I would go for IDC Green card ($100/year).
