There have been a few reports of this now. One person had this due to being downgraded to CW from First - MMB seemed to have a corrupted seat map as a result but ExpertFlyer, GDS and other similar sources can see the relevant information. If all else fails then a call to the contact centre will allow other seats to be selected.

I presume the OP has sorted themselves out since this is what the map now shows.
