Rang call bell and after 5 minutes, asked for and received water.
SKW / OO (for me at least) used to be most consistent and service oriented on the flights I took around the West. I guess not so much any more.
Too bad. Perhaps this is an example of Kirby Kwality that needs actual improvement - service provided by the UXs.
