Hello there,
Tomorrow I have a flight to US, transiting Canada.
This is my first transit to Canada, never visited before.
Long before booking the flights, I enrolled for an
ElectronicTravel Authorization (eTA).
I got the confirmation email in minutes (approved), but never bothered to check it's status online, by eTA Check Status Tool.
I've now completed the check in and tried to get any confirmation.
Their website
"Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) Status", does not recognize my data.
I've tried to call, but my country embassy is out of office (it's late here) and you cannot contact them from abroad.
they say "No matches were found using the criteria provided.".
I've made another application, pay the fee again, got another J number.
Checked this one too. Again, not showing.
I do have my emails.
I do not worry about Canadian authorities.
But do you think I'll be denied boarding?
Have you experienced the same?
I do have the confirmation emails, I'll print them both and show them to boarding.
thanks
