1st time staying here - 3 nights mid-December. Just received an email from a person in the reservations department that I should pay for the one-night's deposit on a separate website run via Santander, which I've never heard of before at any other hotel; it's always just been taken from my Hyatt credit card listed in my account. Is this legit? Have 24 hours in which to complete this or my reservation will be canceled, the email says.By filling in the information of the link, you securely accept the prepayment that will be charge directly to your account. Each link is created manually for each of our guests, and no one else can see the information entered in their link, this a safer way to proceed with the required deposit, due to guests accept the charge by themselves. We kindly ask you to process this payment in the next 24 hrs to avoid cancellation,
