So a few months ago, I decided to make a batch of salted eggs. Nearly forgot about them (bad idea) but "remembered" them today (read: I found the jar I had put them in to brine)... so tonight's dinner was wild rice with salted egg and blanched kailan w/oyster sauce.

Now if only I could figure out why I can't post pictures...
