I fully agree with AX9465 on this one. However, if you have to request missing mileage, you will need to send in your original boarding passes, original receipt. DL and AF no longer accept photocopies. Make sure you keep one for yourself, but you will have to mail them to the F+ office in Canda. I would also recommend sending them registered mail.
