Re the wine, yes, it's expensive - it was always going to be thought right? Happy hour seems to have vanished in the bar, although it's still an amazing place to sit and look out as the sun goes down. I would recommend bringing a bottle or two from the airport along for the ride.

We didn't, but I saw more than one couple bring a bottle of wine into dinner with them which I'm pretty sure wasn't from the bar.

The sherry wine that you get given in the room is strangely nice in the sunshine - and they top it up if you ask nicely.

Overall, an amazing place.
