Just lap it up old boy (or whatever). The crew and airline are trying to recover its business in difficult circumstances, and the easiest customers to get extra business from are your current customers. Customers who have a long record of doing business with the airline. My perception is that the extra rein previously given to MF (versus WW) has had an extra metre / yard of slack added by the "new" crews, so enjoy it while it lasts. I too have noticed that IFMs are going above and beyond at the moment, but I'll keep the specifics quiet!
