I was on a flight with my mother to Miami just before the pandemic and we were looked after by this fabulous French lady. I was telling her my brother's wife is French and what a complete b!tch she is and we were chatting about how we were staying in Miami in an apartment and I was going to do the cooking. And at the end of the flight she came over with the cabin manager and said that as we had been such lovely ladies they wondered if they could give us some wine to have with our meals, and gave us four bottles of wine from First, which had been opened but was untouched. It's funny we were talking about it yesterday, one of those moments when someone gives you truly unforgettable service.
