I was being serious, I have only had 2 types of Oysters living in the Southeast. The main ones are from the Gulf of Mexico region of Fla, Ala, or Miss. When visiting Long Island, I have had some from the Atlantic Shores region. The type of shells were different, and I found the ones on Long Island to be saltier. I eat them raw with a dash of lemon, and some mild cocktail sauce.
I will not eat those from a cow.
My favorite comfort food sandwich is a BLT on white toast with thick cut slices of tomato, and crispy bacon. If possible, I will use shredded lettuce, but regular lettuce is fine as well.
