I've had something similar once, only the crew didn't do what they should have done (which they do seem to have done in your case).

On that aircraft type, the standard pattern was that - as the last thing to do before landing - one of the trolleys had to be brought from the aft galley to the forward galley and stowed, before the crew member took their seat for landing. On this particular flight, the trolley had literally reached half-way up the cabin (quite close to me) when we touched down on the runway. The crew member at least had the presence of mind to apply the brake firmly for the duration of the landing roll.

It wasn't BA.

So if the cabin wasn't secure and there was a go-around because of that, that's probably how it should have been.
