Had an interesting 3rd flight of the day today when the LHR - ABZ flight was on final approach before the seatbelt sign was put on and cabin crew given the 10 minute warning. It was then advised as max 5 mins but probably more like 3 mins to landing as we were pretty low.

Crew started running up the aisle, carts went zooming to the back of the aircraft, crew were told to take seats for landing and then we had to go around. No reason was given but it must have been as the cabin crew didn’t have enough time to secure the cabin.

Have people had many experiences of this? A new one for me.
