Hi, thanks for the replies. To be clear, I'm not trying to claim sentimental value and not sure where people got that idea. I merely mentioned that this is important to me and for that reason I am looking for help. I'm trying to work out the best way to approach the claim for what was lost. Medicines etc we can easily provide proof of and we can look for receipts of other things bought online, but without a receipt for the ring I want to know the best approach to recoup what we can. I will of course seek out the receipt and see if any way to find it. The ideal situation would be them actually locating the bag, but they don't respond about its last whereabouts when asked.
