Except what you keep missing is that no brand would ever require something like this. Think about it logically. Hilton can't even get franchisees on board with applying the F&B credit correctly/consistently or with properties returning services/amenities to pre-pandemic levels when occupancy and rate have gone to the moon but you think they're going to require (hypothetically here) ten different franchisees in a market to all play ball with each other on some type of forced negotiated rate among themselves? Lol! If you say so.
