Do you have e-ticket numbers for all 4 passengers? You should be able to find them under Passenger Information
If not, you are definitely not flying and quite possibly not even protected, because your tickets weren't correctly issued. 4x J awards from LAX especially are/were very rare, pandemic or not...
If you can find e-ticket numbers, you should be fine.
