Leaving India last Sunday morning I prepared for everything and did a RTPCR on Friday afternoon for the 3 page report with QR code (no modi pic). Sadly no one wanted to see it. During checkin with Lufthansa in DEL the agents said 'Germany doesn't need it but it's a mandate by GoI that everyone should test before leaving the country. So maybe they will ask in immigration, but usually they don't. '
