JFK transfer time: JetBlue (T5) to BA (T7)

I am looking at booking an unlinked ticket back to LHR using Jet Blue to JFK then on with BA to London in February. My question is whether 2h25m is sufficient time. We will be arriving at international T5 arrivals. Probably have hold luggage (although not necessarily). Onward travel will be travelling in CW with BA.

My instinct is that this is just enough time, but doesn't allow for much to go wrong. However I have never transferred at JFK. From the look of it we need to get the red or green Airtrain. Last time I was at JFK T7 was a few years ago and I dont quite remember...is the "fast" track still there? It will be a saturday evening...not sure if that helps or hinders. If we are running tight, will someone take pity on us and escort us through?

Guidance and advice welcomed!
