I flew out of E a few times this past summer, E145's DFW-GRK. It is a bit of a trek getting out there (from B), though not more than maybe 15 minutes, as long as you don't have any issues walking.
This was the longest connection I could think of from the E satellite to the high B gates and it would still be, at most 4 stops on the skylink. Having the train run in both directions makes connections very easy.
