Category has little to do with a property’s positioning (and more to do with its peaks). The Courtyard Santa Monica or even Bethany Delaware Residence Inn are category 7 hotels too. The hotel is pricing for $200-$300 when you google it and is in a destination that is not considered top tier by many.

This thread is very active for a property that, beyond its name, would not otherwise garner nearly this much attention.
