That is not what we are talking about. If a hotel is closed, whether in Europe or elsewhere, it not going to arrange accommodation elsewhere as a matter of course.
That doesn't matter if it doesn't arrange accommodation, what about the reasons for closing? Gas leak, terrorism? Or just too expensive to be open?
