You can keep track of these in the AA app by selecting "Find Trip" (in the middle at the bottom) - then when viewing the trip, slide up from the bottom and there will be a toggle button for "Save trip to my home screen" - then your trip will show up in the AA app home screen like normal.

I credit 90% of my AA flights to BA and this is how I keep track of them.
