It isn't like you have a lot of choice. Sansa is realistically the only game in town, and it would offer you a few flights a day between San Jose and Tambor. There is a new airline (est. 2018) called Costa Rica Green Airways that serves only San Jose, Tambor, and Quepos on the central Pacific coast. I've never flown them.
