I cannot find any good info on it. I have booked a flight from Delhi to USA oneway using all miles. Flight is on VS. Is it cancellable and allowed to redeposit miles without any fees?

I see conflicting report. Many places say award redeposit fees were removed for domestic and then international starting in North America. But i also see at some places that all award fees are removed.

Anyone has experience canceling award flight originating outside USA recently? Was there a fees?
