Very good restaurant and breakfast (assisted by Alexandre Neuville, Marc Delahaye who arrives from Crillon-le-Brave after a good part of his professional career in the Relais & Châteaux. The kitchen is the responsibility of Alexis Chaillou from the Grand Hôtel de Saint-Jean – Cap Ferrat and the neighboring Voile d'Or. He was also self-employed, from 2011 to 2017, running Le Caffe Bianco in Nice). The "Cucina Victoria" restaurant focuses on fine Italian bistronomic cuisine. The omelette at breakfast was maybe the best I have ever eaten. Fresh bread from the boulangerie next door is delicious.
