Yup, However it's weird that even CS is unable to pull my reservation up. Today when logged-in, the main page on the website still shows the reservation, but when i click on "View/modify" the reservation disappears. First time encountering such problems. I would love to make a back-up booking over at another rental, but now even it;s not allowing me to cancel the reservation.
