I'd second your point of view and add the IC Strings as another example. On top of Classic and Premium, now they even started to distinguish between Mid-floor and High-floor in addition to a few new "view" options like city view and train view (I know all about train enthusiasts in Japan, but the view of Shinagawa isn't that awesome). That in a property that has barely over 200 rooms and has been a bit naughty with upgrade games in the past already means just headaches when it comes to AMB upgrades (well whatever will pass as an upgrade in the future ).
