Should have specified. Domestic as in within the US. I may have been in row 1 on the flight I described -- I know I've also seen those types of tray tables in row 1 of economy before as well. My guess is based on my recent travel that the flight would have either been coast-to-coast US or ORD-YVR. What I can't quite recall is whether or not these types of seat setups exist in business/first on seats that are not in the first row of the cabin, and if they do whether they are particular to certain types of aircraft.
