At checkout on a recent award booking, LifeMiles offered their insurance product, has anyone bought this? I needed coverage for a tour group to Galapagos, so I bought it. I usually just buy the AmEx coverage, but I decided to check this thing out. I'd say avoid it like the plague.

As far as I can tell, the only way to get any information is to download their app, and the only interface is a chat with an "AI bot." There doesn't seem to be any way to get a *printable* certificate I can use to prove I have health insurance to the tour company. It also took a half dozen attempts to successfully register with their app.

When I asked for a PDF or something printable, and I finally got in touch with a human, they were clueless. I mean, every travel insurance always gives you a thing you can print that has name, and coverage amount(s) since it's something very common to need...
