Scroll down to "CURRENT ADDITIONAL UPGRADE CERTIFICATE POLICY TERMS & CONDITIONS", and you will see this text: "Valid on all KLM-marketed, KLM-operated flights from published Main Cabin fares in Y, B, or M class to Business Class."

Seems like inconsistent language...?
