I just called in to add a lap infant to a US->Europe award ticket in Premium Select. The agent insisted there is no charge for this. The infant even has a ticket number, but the receipt shows $0.00. I really don't feel like having to call again and waste my time fixing their mistake, but I also don't want to get stuck at the counter as a family of five sorting this out on departure day.
As long as you have a 006 ticket for infant you're good.
On awards i don't believe they normally charge for infants. Theres no $ amount for them to calculate 10% of for them.
