Yes I have checked my spam. It's not there. When I go online I can see my booking but no email from AC.
my card has been charged too. There is no AC office where I am and I don't want to make an international call and then be held up for two hours.

When you are logged in, go to the booking and in the upper right corner, you can email your itinerary to yourself. See if that works. The original booking email may still show up once AC's website recovers from potentially more traffic than usual due to the current promo activity.
