Just as a data point, it's not *all* the codes. My company's code of 10+ years remains the same.
I've seen the same posts of several groups changing their contract codes. I'm wondering if they (meaning EAN + the affected companies/orgs) noticed a high rate of illegitimate bookings with the previous code and decided to change codes. I recently learned -and perhaps it's rather obvious- that a report of who is renting under a company's code is easy to obtain from EAN. (Or, I'm sure they track damage claims as well.)
