Check your ticket in Checkmytrip or Tripcase. Ticket No. will appear if issued.

I booked OTA issued ticket for GOL dom flights last year and for several days ticket was not issued and appeared as pending on GOL webpage. Suddenly/one day ticket was issued and I was able to see that on GOL webpage. So just be patient - it will be ticketed eventually.
