She could have just gone on with her safety demo after telling passengers to pay attention, instead of micro-managing and aggressing every passenger. It's not the physical assault and push back that leads to "aggressive posture" but the opposite. FAs do not know how to de-escalate and maintain a welcoming atmosphere, rather they present themselves as unfriendly and uncompromising lords in the air, instead of just sticking to their servant roles.

FAs have had it good throughout the pandemic with us subsidizing their salary and giving them additional power, now it's time for them to be reminded of their place in air travel. Not sure why you feel the need to defend them and put them on a pedestal, I bet any FA that is reading this post is laughing their way to the bank and to our faces.
